Our individually designed studios are en-suite, and all include TV, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and are inclusive of Wi-Fi.
All kitchen areas include a sink, microwave with grill function, fridge, kettle and complimentary teas and coffees.
2 studios also contain additional cooking facilities (hobs/oven) - ideal for guests on a longer stay who may prefer to prepare their own meals. Please enquire on booking.

Deluxe Studio Apartments are ideally placed, less than 15mins walk from Derby City Centre and the train station. If you arrive by car/van, there are 13 spaces on the privately owned car park, including 3 EV charging points, which are on a paid for and a first come first served basis.
