Building 1 features 8 studio apartments.
Building 2 features 4 studio apartments.
Building 3 features a 2-bedroom apartment, a 1-bed apartment and a studio. The building sleeps a maximum of 9 people.
All of our studios are en-suite and include a small kitchenette, TV, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and are inclusive of Wi-Fi.
2 of our studios contain fully fitted kitchens - ideal for guests on a longer stay who may prefer to prepare their own meals. Please enquire on booking.

Deluxe Studio Apartments are ideally placed, less than 15mins walk from Derby City Centre and the train station. If you arrive by car/van, there are 13 spaces on the privately owned car park, also featuring 3 EV charging points, operating on a paid for and a first come first served basis.
